Discounts for children (bed and breakfast or half-board): for children staying in their parents' room

• toddlers up to 3 years of age: 5,00 €
• children aged 3 – 6: 30% discount
• children aged 6 – 12:  20% discount

 

extra charge for apartments (when standard occupancy is exceeded)

• 1. child up to 3 years of age: 5,00 €
• 2. child aged 3 – 14: + 10 – 12,00 €
• 3. child older than 14: + 11 -14,00 €

 

During peak season all types of accommodation can be occupied only with the maximum number of people as stated in the quotation.

• final clean-up (once-only) for apartment bookings: 35 – 55 €
• local tourist tax charged for adults and children aged 14+: 1,75 €

 

 

Breakfast (for apartment bookings)

 

Enjoy our delicious buffet-style breakfast! On active days as well as relaxing ones you can fortify yourself with tasty, home-made delicacies from our buffet, such as ham, jams and much more.

 

Breakfast rate:

• adults: 13,50 €
• children aged 8-12: 20% discount
• children aged 3-8: 50% discount
• toddlers aged 2-3 : -20 % discount
• children under 1,99 years: 0 €

You can also book our all- inclusive breakfast package for 90 € / week.

Alternatively, we offer our „small breakfast“ which includes a hot drink (coffee, hot chocolate or tea), orange juice and a croissant. Rate for person: 7,00 €. Package-price: 49,00 Euro.

 

 

 

General information:

 

Booking: The booking will be effective only upon our written confirmation and payment of the deposit.

 

Bread delivery service:

Apartment guests are invited to make use of our bread delivery service. Fresh bread will wait for you at your door handle in the morning.

 

Check in / check out: On the day of arrival, the rooms / apartments are at your disposal from 2 p.m. onwards.

On the day of departure, you are kindly asked to leave your room / apartment by 9.30 a.m.

If you arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know in advance.

 

Deposit: For a binding reservation we kindly ask you to remit a deposit for your room or apartment.

 

Internet is available troughout the house and is free of charge

 

Local tourism tax: the tax has been applied since 01/01/2014. The revenues are used for the improvement and maintenance of infrastructure and services as well as for the organisation of sportive and cultural events. The local tourism tax is 1,75 € per person (from 14 years of age).

 

Payment methods: We accept cash, cheques, or credit cards or bancomat. Of course you can also effect a bank transfer / remittance.

 

Pets: Pets are allowed in certain accomodation types. Please make an enquiry and we will let you know about the details. Rate for pets per day: 10 € (no food included).

 

 

Rates:

 

Room rates:

All our rates are quoted per room per night in a standard room with a stay of seven nights. For the rooms in the upper floor, an extra charge may apply. Also for shorter stays, an extra charge can be applied. The rate includes a rich buffet-style breakfast (for the booking „Bed and Breakfast“) and a three-course menu at the restaurant „Neuwirt“ (for the booking „Room with Half-board“) as well as the daily cleaning of the rooms.

 

Apartment rates:

All our rates are quoted per apartment with a standard occupancy for a 7-nights stay. For shorter stays, an extra charge will apply. Please note that in certain seasonal periods we are able to rent the apartments only on a weekly basis (from Saturday to Saturday). During peak season we can occupy the apartments (Type B+ and C+) only with the maximum number of guests as stated. The final clean-up rate is between 35 € and 55 €.

 

The Alpenresidence provides...: bed linen, towels and dishtowels

 

The rates include electricity, heating, cold and warm water and taxes (excl. local tourism tax)

 

CANCELLATIONS:

we have the follwing cancellation conditions:

• if you can't come and you know it 3 months in advance, there are no expenses and you get your deposit back.
• if you cancel your holidays less than 3 months to 1 month before arrival, you must pay 40 % of the total amount.
• if you cancel your holidays, less than 1 month to 1 week before arrival, you must pay 70 % of the total amount.
• if you cancel your holidays one week before you come to us, you must pay 90 % of the total amount.
• in the case of a later arrival or earlier depature we charge of the whole apartement/room price.

 

CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
Holiday cancellation insurance
